Title: Leadership in the Marketing Agency Sector

Kelly Fletcher founded and has led Fletcher Marketing Communications for the past 17 years. Headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee (USA), this national independent agency serves clients throughout the U.S. and helps European based companies when entering the USA market. Rooted in media relations, Fletcher has received many awards and accolades for their work. Kelly is the host of the award-winning podcast, Ms. InterPReted: Public Relations Demystified, recipient of the Gary M. McCormack Lifetime Achievement Awards by PRSA’s Volunteer Chapter and is a PRCA Fellow.

Coming from a place of real-world experience and Kelly will be talking about the ups and downs of leadership, the lessons she has learnt, and she will share practical insights on how embracing servant leadership can transform agency culture, drive results and build lasting trust. Our NOW group will leave with actionable strategies to implement these leadership principles in their own agendas and be able to ask questions and have a discussion as a group.
